Mr. Rocky Young was a great therapist, he made it easy to understand where I went wrong in my life and the changes I needed to make. He gave me solutions to better my parenting and I think with these solutions I can be the best mom for my children. He also made me realize that self-esteem is a big part of parenting. There was nothing I did not like about therapy and I would definitely recommend therapy to other parents if they too had problems in the same way I did.

I have learned new ways of parenting mostly, I thought I knew a lot, but therapy has taught me a lot.

The thing I like the most about therapy was feeling very comfortable with my therapist and not feeling awkward. I also enjoyed learning new parenting techniques that really work when dealing with teenagers. The least thing I liked about my therapy was having to deal with my past trauma that wouldn't physically and mentally make me ill but I am thankful for it as I have learned I am not a victim I am a survivor. I really enjoyed my therapy sessions and actually looked forward to them weekly. I would highly recommend these services to anyone.
